In Part One on our series on leadership, we discussed two extreme styles of leaders:  Micro manager and his or her opposite, the Hands-Off laid back leader.  Once you know which style you’re working with or which style you tend to lead, how do you know you’re not balanced?  Why is balance important?

This is where Part Two on our leadership series picks up and cultivates a path that anyone can use.

In this episode, Jonathan and Trish discuss discovering your style and what you can do to moderate positions. If you are leading a group, what can you do to help your team if you know you’re over the top in one style or the other?

There are beneficial solutions to gain your team’s trust and improve production.  Not only will these solutions improve your team’s outlook and output, you will be able to motivate and lead in bigger and better areas.

What if you find you are working with a leader who just won’t balance?  Give up? Quit? There ARE other ways to really help your position on the team be cemented and put yourself in good standing with the leader.  You can actually evoke change that is positive for everyone.  Jonathan and Trish give their personal stories and share steps to take when you find yourself in these situations.
